Lisa Hershman serves as a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Cadence Design Systems and is a Member of the CEO Advisory Board at Tanium. Additionally, Lisa holds a position as a Board Member at EchoStar Corporation. In the public sector, Lisa has held multiple roles within the United States Department of Defense, including Chief Management Officer, Acting Chief Management Officer, and Deputy Chief Management Officer. Furthermore, Lisa is a Member of the Board of Directors at 1st Source Bank. Lisa is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Corporate Governance from The Wharton School, with studies ongoing since May 2022.
