Kyler Damm has been in the workforce since 2019. Kyler began their career as the Director Site Operations for Net Elite Baseball, a summer baseball league that offers scouting for the players that college coaches are able to access. In this role, they were in charge of running baseball tournament fields, scouting players, analyzing the game and creating game write-ups, keeping maintenance of the fields, and collecting money and paying employees. In 2020, they moved on to U.S. Bank, where they served as a Digital Engagement Intern. In 2021, they took on the role of Equipment Manager at Ohio University Football. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Gravity IT Resources.

Kyler Damm attended Marietta College from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bach in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. Kyler then continued their education at Ohio University from 2019 to 2021, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
