Patrick Glantz has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles and companies. Patrick co-founded Gravito Ltd and Millisecond Oy in 2018, where they currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they were a Partner and Co-Founder at Millisecond Digital from 2016 to 2018. Patrick also worked at Microsoft as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Solution Delivery Manager from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they held positions at Nokia as a Senior Solution Delivery Manager, Service Manager, IT Production Manager, and Line Manager from 2003 to 2014.

Patrick Glantz obtained a Masters degree in International Politics & Economics from the University of Helsinki, where they attended from 1995 to 2000.
