Jemma Pearson serves as the Resourcing & Inclusion Senior Manager at Grant Thornton UK LLP since June 2015, leading a team responsible for the recruitment of over 1000 experienced professionals annually. Jemma has developed and implemented operational designs for the recruitment function, focusing on diversity and inclusion strategies across various demographic groups. Jemma has also spearheaded initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic and promotes flexible working practices within the firm. Prior to this, Jemma held roles at Guidant Group, including Senior Resourcing and Inclusion Manager and Bid Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing recruitment processes and supplier negotiations. Jemma holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Science from the University of Birmingham and previously attended Clifton High School, focusing on science and language studies.
