Joshua Boss is an experienced executive with a diverse background in the mortgage and sports industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Granite Mortgage since March 2023, Joshua previously held the role of Divisional Vice President at CROSS COUNTRY MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC from July 2020 to March 2023. Joshua's extensive experience in the mortgage sector also includes a tenure as Chief Data Officer at AMEC Home Loans from July 2010 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing loan flow and overseeing processing operations. Early in the career, Joshua officiated soccer for the U.S. Soccer Federation from May 1996 to January 2016, and also served as a soccer coach at Anoka High School. Joshua's leadership experience is further highlighted by a role as President at FES, LLC from May 2001 to February 2007 and as Branch Operations Supervisor at MIC from February 2007 to July 2010.
