Kelly Oliver has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being Vice President of Legal at Granicus since 2021. Prior to that, they served as Vice President-Contracts at Granicus from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Granicus, Kelly worked at Precisely | Trust in Data as the Managing Counsel-Product from 2019 to 2021. Kelly provided legal advice, developed policies, and negotiated commercial contracts. Kelly also spent a significant portion of their career at Pitney Bowes, starting as a Staff Attorney at MapInfo Corporation in 2003, which was later acquired by Pitney Bowes. Kelly then progressed through roles such as Senior Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, where they negotiated complex commercial transactions and managed public sector contracts.
Kelly Oliver obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1991 and 1996. Kelly later pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Albany Law School from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained certifications from the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers in 2019 and the New York State Unified Court System in 2003.
