Hicham Atif has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hicham began their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel, where they provided support to customers. In 2006, they joined Orange as a Technical Support Representative, assisting customers with technical issues. Hicham then transitioned to Ritz Camera & Image in 2007, working as a Lab Operator. In 2008, they joined Grandstream Networks and held roles of increasing responsibility, starting as a Technical Support Engineer, then becoming a Technical Support Manager for the EMEA region, and finally being promoted to Director of Technology & Support in 2017, where they currently work.
Hicham Atif attended IGA - Institut supérieur du Génie Appliqué from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
