Scott Hays possesses extensive experience in sales, business development, and retail management. Currently serving as an Ambassador and Sales and Business Development Roundtable Leader at Grand Rapids Chamber since March 2021, Scott also holds the position of Executive Consultant at Synergistic Systems HC since June 2019. Prior roles include positions in retail banking at PNC from December 2016 to May 2019 and store manager roles at Dick's Sporting Goods and Old Navy from 2004 to 2016. Scott began a career in retail as a customer service manager and loss prevention agent at Old Navy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in business from Grand Valley State University, completed between 1998 and 2002, along with graduating from Lowell High School.
