Will Gallego is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently a Senior Software Engineer II at Grafana Labs since July 2024, Will previously held the role of Senior Software Engineer at PagerDuty, leading the development of integrations for the Jeli product. Will played a pivotal role as a Software Architect at Jeli from January 2020 to November 2023, where foundational infrastructure and backend services for a SaaS focused on Incident Management were established. Additional experience includes senior engineering positions at Fastly, Etsy, Buddy Media, and Heavy.com, as well as web development at ATTAP Technologies. Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Wake Forest University, earned in 2004.
