Silviu Ionut Negoita is an accomplished Lead Software Engineer at Signicat - Benelux since December 2017, where responsibilities include building and maintaining reusable software components, enhancing software architecture, and facilitating knowledge transfer for new team members while employing an agile methodology. Prior experience encompasses full stack development as a Java Developer at Crispico from February 2016 to December 2017 and a Software Engineer Intern at Ixia in mid-2015. Silviu holds a Master’s degree in E-Government and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, complemented by a high school education in Mathematics - Informatics from Colegiul National "Mihai Viteazul". Proficient in a range of technologies across backend, frontend, and operations, Silviu demonstrates a strong security mindset and expertise in both software development and testing frameworks.
