Jescel Rolón has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of public relations and communication management. Jescel is currently the Director of Public Relations at Goya Puerto Rico and a Board Member at Junta reglamentadora de relacionistas. Prior to these roles, they held significant positions at International Public Relations Network (IPRN), where they served as Chairwoman and Vice-Chairwoman. Jescel also worked as the Director of Public Relations at Lopito Ileana & Howie, where they developed and directed successful corporate PR campaigns, managed social responsibility programs, and maintained positive client relationships. Additionally, Jescel served as an Executive Board Member and President at ARPPR and was involved in the Regional Council at the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management. Furthermore, they hosted the radio show "Relacionándonos" on 11Q Radio. Jescel started their career as a Public Relations Account Executive at Perfect Partners, where they managed PR campaigns for renowned entertainment industry clients.

Jescel Rolón has a Master's degree in Marketing Digital, Growth Hacking & E-commerce from OBS Business School (2021-2022) and Universitat de Barcelona (2021-2022). They also obtained a BA in Communications - Advertising & Public Relations from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón (2002-2006). Additionally, Jescel holds certifications in Google My Business and is a Licensed Public Relations Professional, both obtained in 2021.
