Giles Kesteloot is the Founder and CEO of GOVSTAR, a company established in March 2022 to connect Silicon Valley innovations with Washington, D.C. initiatives. Previously, Kesteloot served as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President at ECS, where a successful sale of Blackstone Federal took place, and focused on business growth and leadership development. Prior roles at Blackstone Federal included President, where strategic vision and cultural development were prioritized, as well as Executive Director and Senior Director, overseeing federal operations and national security portfolios. Kesteloot's career began with positions at ThotWave Technologies, ICRC, and SAIC, following the attainment of a Business Management degree from the University of Mary Washington.
