Valerie Learman, LEED AP, is a seasoned environmental consultant with over 13 years of experience in the field. Valerie has worked in various capacities such as Vice President and Operations Manager at Goshawk Environmental Consulting, Inc., Sr. Project Manager at Terracon, and Principal at Horizon Environmental Services, Inc. Valerie specializes in Waters of the US delineations, permit assistance, mitigation, Threatened and Endangered Species habitat assessments, and NEPA documentation. With a Masters in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida, Valerie is well-equipped to handle complex environmental projects with proficiency and expertise.
