Samantha Zamias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as a Senior Lead in Global Data Center Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships at Google since March 2020, Samantha previously held the position of Senior Director and Head of Transactions at WeWork, where oversight of significant global transactions was managed. Samantha's background includes roles such as Manager of Asset Management at Ventas, Inc., and Manager of Global Real Estate Investments at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., where responsibility encompassed multi-country real estate operations and strategic oversight of sizable portfolios. Earlier experience at ZSI involved serving as an Investment Manager and Asset Manager, executing a wide array of acquisitions and leases. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor in Corporate Law from American University Washington College of Law.
