Karly Simmons has a diverse work experience in the field of content and partnerships operations, HCM service management, benefits coordination, and technical support. Karly currently serves as the Head of Content & Partnerships Operations at YouVersion since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Paycom, starting as a Benefits EDI Coordinator in January 2017 and progressing to become a Benefits Coordinator Team Lead, HCM Service Supervisor, and eventually an HCM Service Manager until June 2023. Before Paycom, Karly worked at AT&T as an Advanced Technical Support staff from July 2013 to December 2016.

Karly Simmons obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management at the same institution. Karly completed their master's program in 2017.
