The Marketing and Communications team at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys is responsible for raising awareness about the organization's mission to help individuals gain employment and independence. They strategize and implement marketing campaigns, oversee community engagement initiatives, and develop communications that highlight programs and impact. This team also collaborates with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and maximize outreach efforts throughout the New River, Shenandoah, and Roanoke Valleys.
