Chelsea M. has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Chelsea started their career as a Marketing Intern at Farm Credit of the Virginias in 2007. From there, they worked as a Freelance Equestrian Sporting Events Secretary at United States Equestrian Federation Sporting Events from 2010 to 2013. Chelsea then took on the role of Assistant to Executive Director at the Roanoke Valley Horse Show from 2008 to 2010 and was later promoted to Executive Director from 2011 to 2013. From 2014 onwards, they transitioned into the non-profit sector and has held various marketing and communications roles at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys, including Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing & Public Relations Manager, and their current position as Director of Marketing & Communications. In these positions, Chelsea has utilized their skills in internal and external communications, marketing, public relations, branding, social media, and crisis communications to support Goodwill's strategic goals and initiatives.
Chelsea M. attended the University of Virginia from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, Media Studies.
