Pam Payne, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys since August 2019, following a similar role at Goodwill Industries of South Central Virginia, Inc. from December 2010 to August 2019. With a foundational career in various administrative and management positions, Pam held the title of Regional Vice President at Debbie's Staffing from June 1988 to March 2010, managing operations across multiple branches and focusing on client development in several Virginia and North Carolina locations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Medical Secretary in Radiology at Danville Regional Medical Center and as a Secretary for a State Farm Agent. Pam holds an Associate of Science degree in Merchandising Management from Danville Community College and a diploma from Tunstall High School.
