Frank Holland has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Frank has held various leadership roles in the retail industry, primarily in the area of operations and revenue management. Frank began their career at Hastings Entertainment in 1988 as a District Manager and later served as the Sr. Director of Store Operations and Administration, overseeing 150 retail stores and generating over $500 million in annual revenue. Frank also held roles as Director of Store Operations and Regional Director of Operations at Hollywood Video and Movie Gallery Inc. In 2009, Frank joined Best Buy as General Manager before moving on to become a District Manager at Savers. Frank then joined Goodwill Industries of Central Texas in 2014 as the VP of Donated Goods and Retail, where they served until 2019. Frank also held a senior leadership position at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona as Senior Director of Retail Operations. Prior to their current role as the Chief Operating Officer at Goodwill Industries of New Mexico, Frank was the Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma, Inc. Overall, Frank Holland has a wealth of experience in retail operations and revenue management, making him a valuable asset in their current role.
