Ashlee Lucas has extensive experience in facilities management, starting as a Facilities Manager at Goodwill Central Texas in 2013 until 2019. Ashlee then joined Foundation Communities as a Property Manager in 2021 before returning to Goodwill Central Texas as a Facilities Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Facilities in 2023.

Ashlee Lucas attended Tarrant County College and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
