Shelly Bormann is an experienced workforce development professional, currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at Goodwill/Easter Seals since October 2008. Previously, Shelly held the position of Independent Sales Director with Mary Kay from February 2004 to August 2010 and worked as an Occupational Coach at Ridgewater College from June 2001 to June 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from the University of Minnesota Morris and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Fergus Falls Community College.
