Kristen Hoyles is a seasoned professional in workforce development and social services, currently serving as the Midwest Regional Representative for the YBUSA National Directors Council since August 2022. In this role, Kristen provides guidance to affiliates in the Midwest and contributes to policy recommendations for YouthBuild programs. As Workforce Development Manager at Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota since January 2018, Kristen oversees hiring and staff supervision while managing programmatic initiatives. Previous positions include Family Support Services Manager at YWCA St. Paul, Program Manager at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, and various roles focusing on community education and support for underserved populations.
