Dan Scott has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dan began their career as a Voter File Coordinator with the Indiana Republican Party, where they managed the voter database and provided voter analysis for various campaigns and the Republican State Party. Dan then joined the Department of Education as a Data Analyst, where they analyzed educational programs, identified trends, and developed strategies for program success. Following this, they worked at the Indiana Department of Education as an Accountability Specialist, before transitioning to the role of Director of Data Services at Goodwill Education Initiatives. In this role, they evaluated and provided data analysis for charter schools and network schools. Currently, they serve as the Director of Corporate Impact & Analytics at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, overseeing data analytics, accountability, and support systems for the organization.
Dan Scott attended Butler University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History.
