Johan HÃ¥kansson's work experience includes roles at Goodtech and WermTec Industriteknik AB. At Goodtech, they were the Director of Business Development for Sweden starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director from January 2017 to August 2023, and as the Regional Director from April 2013 to December 2016. Johan also worked as the Manager of Projects and System Supplies from February 2008 to April 2013. Before joining Goodtech, Johan was the Manager of System Supplies at WermTec Industriteknik AB from January 2003 to February 2008.

Johan HÃ¥kansson has an Executive MBA from Chefakademin. Johan also has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karlstad University and a Board Certificate from Board Company. In 2013 and 2014, they completed an Executive Management Program at Chefakademin.
