David Behrens

Director Of Florida Office | Sr. Project Architect at Reztark Design Studio

David Behrens has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture. David'smost recent position was as the Director of the Florida Office and Senior Project Architect at Reztark Design Studio, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ArchitecturePlus International as the Vice President and Director of Technology and Standards from March 2021 to April 2023. David also served as a Project Manager at Bessolo Design Group, Inc. from May 2018 to March 2021.

David's earlier experience includes roles such as BIM Manager at ArchitecturePlus International, where they were responsible for various aspects of project management and coordination from September 2006 to May 2018. David also worked as the Director of Architectural Design at CCI from April 2003 to September 2006, and as an Architectural Designer at Madison Construction from April 2001 to April 2003.

Additionally, David has held positions such as Project Manager at Breadloaf Corporation from July 2000 to April 2001, Architectural Designer at Anderson Schenker Architects from July 1999 to April 2000, and Architectural Designer at CDI Northeast from October 1995 to June 1996. In 1996, they also worked as a self-employed Architectural Designer, providing production services to multiple architectural firms.

Throughout their career, David has been involved in various projects ranging from residential builder homes to commercial mercantile developments and inline tenant fit-ups, as well as retail stores and college sports centers. David Behrens attended Vermont Technical College in 1987, where they studied Autocad. Prior to that, they enrolled in Keene State College from 1982 to 1983, focusing on Manufacturing Engineering.
