Pranjal Neog has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles. Pranjal began their career as an Assistant Manager at RPG Hospitex Ltd. in 1992, where they worked until 1995. Pranjal then moved to Marquette Electronics, now known as GE India, where they served as an Assistant Manager and HR Generalist in 1995 before joining the Indian Tea Association in 1996 as Deputy Secretary. Pranjal worked at the Indian Tea Association for 10 years before joining Goodricke Group Limited in 2006 as Head HR and Chief Sustainability Officer. At Goodricke Group Limited, Pranjal Neog is responsible for Strategic Human Capital Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Gifts, Transfers & Placements, Orientation/Induction/On Boarding, Welfare and Healthcare, and also drives crop certifications for social and environmental sustainability standards.
Pranjal Neog completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela from 1987 to 1991. In 1999, Pranjal Neog participated in a Management Development Program (MDP) focused on Industrial Relations and Industrial Law at XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, in 1997, Pranjal Neog attended a Short-term Executive Program (STEP) at the Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bengaluru (IIPMB). Pranjal Neog also obtained a certification from the Sustainable Agriculture Network's Rainforest Alliance in January 2011.
