Head Of Digital Customer Success And Community at Gong

Nisha Baxi has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. Nisha is currently the Head of Digital Customer Success and Community at Gong, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Community at Gong, where they founded the Gong Community and launched Visioneers. Their work in building the community was recognized when Gong won the Community of the Year 2022 award by ACE.

Before their time at Gong, Nisha served as an Advisor and Investor at Various Companies starting from 2010. From May 2020 until April 2021, they worked as the Head of Marketing & Founding Team at Monte Carlo.

Nisha also has experience working at Salesforce, where they held the role of Director of Developer Marketing from December 2017 to September 2019. Prior to Salesforce, they were a Board Member and Community Organizer at Silicon Valley NewTech (SVNewTech) from 2010 to 2018. During their time at SVNewTech, they successfully scaled a technology community meetup group from 3,000 members to over 15,000 members.

At Facebook, Nisha worked as a Product Marketing Manager, focusing on Graph API & SDK. Nisha led product marketing and messaging for Facebook's Graph API & Developer Tools. Nisha also pioneered the "Talk Shop with Facebook Developers," a community meetup to foster connections between developers and product teams.

Earlier in their career, Nisha held marketing positions at Microsoft, Dyyno Inc., Trianz, and IBM, where they gained valuable experience in marketing and management consulting.

Nisha Baxi completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago between 2003 and 2007. In 2013, they pursued a Certificate in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Currently, Nisha is pursuing a Certificate in Corporate Communication, Crisis Communication, and Public Relations from Cornell University since 2020. Alongside their formal education, they have also obtained additional certifications, including "Building Online Communities" from LinkedIn in 2021 and "Disaster First Responder (DAT) and Adult/Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED" from the American Red Cross.
