Thomas Anderson, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at Golden State Foods since March 2024. Previously, Thomas held the position of Sr. Director HR at Infor from October 2022 to November 2023, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and optimizing talent. With over 16 years at Georgia-Pacific LLC, Thomas excelled as Human Resources Director, specializing in organizational design and talent management while contributing to significant projects including a major digital investment and business divestiture. Thomas's extensive experience also includes roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and Corporate EEO Manager at Georgia-Pacific, among other HR positions at SPX Corporation, Federal Mogul Corporation, Hitachi Electronic Devices, and Lockheed Martin. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University in 1999.
