Heather Robsahm, ACC, currently serves as the Head of Talent Development & Growth and Global Head of Culture & Performance at Uber since January 2022. Prior to this role, Heather held several key positions at Gap Inc., including Head of HQ Talent Development, Executive Development & Coaching Practices, and Head of Talent Management for both Old Navy and Banana Republic. Heather's experience also includes serving as Sr. Director of Global Talent Planning and Director of Global Learning & Development at Gap Inc. With a Bachelor of Science in Clothing & Textile Merchandising from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Heather has a strong background in developing talent management and development strategies, enhancing team effectiveness, and building diverse talent pipelines across global organizations.
