Natalie Smith has a range of work experience in customer success and management roles. Natalie is currently working at GoGuardian as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Pear Deck as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager from August 2020 to January 2022. Before that, Natalie was employed at Zen Planner, where they held the position of Strategic Relationship Manager from July 2018 to July 2019, and Customer Advocate from September 2017 to July 2018. Natalie also served as the Director of Customer Success at Fitvil from October 2016 to September 2017. Earlier in their career, Natalie worked as a Store Manager and Training Program Coordinator at Fleet Feet Sports Raleigh-Morrisville from July 2015 to October 2016 and April 2013 to July 2015, respectively. Natalie also gained experience as an Engineering Coordinator at American Tower from December 2012 to April 2013 and as an English Second Language Teacher at Apollo English Vietnam from January 2012 to December 2012.
Natalie Smith attended the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs.
