Lindsay Bowen M.Ed. is a dedicated educator currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Godwin Heights Public Schools since August 2017, providing specialized academic and social-emotional instruction to 3rd - 5th grade students. Previously, Lindsay served as the Dean of Students at Grand Rapids Public Schools from August 2007 to July 2017, where responsibilities included collaborating with special education staff and overseeing student programs. Additional roles held include Behavioral Interventionist, Resource Interventionist, and Resource Teacher. Lindsay holds a Master of Education in Administration of Special Education from Grand Valley State University and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Reading Specialist, K-12 at the same institution. Prior degrees include Applied Science Education from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a focus on Learning Disabilities from Hope College.
