Mauricio G. Palandella's work experience starts with their role as a Young Professional at Correo Argentino in 2003. Mauricio G. then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Molinos Rio de la Plata from 2004 to 2006. From 2007 to 2008, they served as an Industrial Projects Analyst, and from 2008 to 2011, they were a Project Engineer at the same company. Following this, they worked as a Project Engineer at Givaudan from 2011 to 2012. Mauricio G. then became a Business Development Supervisor at Mondelēz International from 2012 to 2014. Concurrently, they were a Professor at ITBA starting in 2011. In the same year, they also took on the role of Teaching Assistant at Facultad de Ingeniería - UBA. In 2014, they became the Managing Director at MOVAX Consultores and the Managing Partner at Soges Ar S.R.L.

Mauricio G. Palandella obtained a Master's degree in Innovation Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of Buenos Aires, where they earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from 1997 to 2003. Before attending university, Mauricio attended Escuela de Educación Técnica N° 21 "Manuel Belgrano" in Resistencia, Chaco, where they obtained a degree as an Electro-Mechanical Technician between 1991 and 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Mauricio has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received a verified certificate for completing the course "Fundamentals of Market Structure" and "Understanding the Federal Reserve" from edX. In 2015, Mauricio earned a Duolingo German Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated) certification from Duolingo.
