Benedikte Aronsen has a substantial background in management and customer service, currently serving as Talentutvikler and Daglig leder at Godt Brød since September 2015, following various leadership roles within the company. Previously, Benedikte worked at McDonald's Norge for nearly nine years, gaining experience as a Shift Manager and Main Hostess, focusing on restaurant management including budgeting, food safety, and customer service. Additional experience includes a part-time position as a Check-in Agent for Academic Work, where responsibilities included customer service and handling traveler boarding for Norwegian Air Shuttle, as well as a summer role as a Secretary at Interdental Tanntekniske Labratorium. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Sustainable Tourism Management and Hotel Management from Griffith University and a marketing studies program from Kristiania University College.
