Elisabeth Woodfield is a highly experienced professional in people operations and recruiting, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Juniper Square since April 2022. Previously, Elisabeth held the position of Head of Talent at Bread, where a recruiting team was built and processes were implemented to support growth in engineering and product development. Prior roles at Goldman Sachs included Vice President of Experienced Hire Engineering Recruiting, alongside responsibilities in various recruiting capacities within the firm. Elisabeth's background also includes significant leadership roles in nonprofit organizations, such as Assistant Director at Empower Mali and North America Campaign Manager for a presidential campaign in Mali, as well as experience in project management and operations through roles with HELP International. Elisabeth holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah and multiple degrees in Political Science and International Studies.
