Eleanor True has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Eleanor started their career as a Supervisor at The Joker from September 2015 to August 2018. Eleanor then transitioned to No1 Botanicals, where they served as a National Account Executive from January 2019 to May 2019. Following this, they joined Urban Fresh Foods Ltd (BEAR & Urban Fruit), where they held multiple positions. Eleanor worked as a Field Sales Executive from May 2019 to October 2019, then as a National Account Executive from October 2019 to June 2021, and finally as a National Field Sales & Marketing Manager from November 2019 to June 2021.

Afterwards, Eleanor moved to Streetbees, where they initially worked as a Product Marketing Manager from June 2021 to December 2021. Eleanor then took on the role of Client Success Manager from December 2021 to July 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Manager II at GoCardless, starting their tenure in July 2022.

Eleanor True completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Management from the University of Sussex in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature from the same university, graduating in 2017. Eleanor's secondary education was completed at the Notting Hill and Ealing High School for Girls, where they pursued an A-Level program in Maths, English Literature, and French. Additionally, they obtained the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner certification from The Knowledge Academy in November 2021.
