Cole Deloye is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as Senior Manager Compensation at GOAT Group since November 2023. Previously, Cole held roles as Compensation Manager at Alamere and Pequity, as well as serving as a Compensation Consultant at Lime and various positions at companies such as Agoda and Dropbox. Cole founded and led Viramino as CEO and has a strong foundation in compensation analytics from Aon Hewitt. Cole holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has completed a semester abroad at Esade.
