Tedi Zalla currently serves as an IT Support professional at Mitte since September 2022, following a role in the same capacity at TIER Mobility from November 2021 to August 2022. In previous positions, Tedi has managed the administration of infrastructure landscapes, facilitated onboarding and offboarding processes, implemented internal IT projects, and acted as the initial point of contact for system issues. Tedi possesses experience with various software tools, including Jira, Octa, and Snipe-IT, with some exposure to JAMF. Tedi earned a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the Canadian Institute of Technology, completing studies between 2017 and 2020.
