Sheena Monique Sasil has been working in the field of customer service for the past four years. In 2020, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Go2. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Associate at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO from 2018-2020. Before that, they were a Technical Service Representative at Convergys from 2016-2018.

Sheena Monique Sasil completed their undergraduate degree in Marine Transportation from Capitol University between 2011 and 2014. Sheena Monique also holds certifications from LinkedIn in Learning Wi-Fi and Wireless Networking: Advanced Troubleshooting, both obtained in November 2021. Additionally, they have certifications from ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO in Product Specific Leadership Training and Global Communication Management Academy, both obtained in 2018.
