Simon Galea has a diverse work experience. Simon started their career as a Fund Accountant/Administrator at Apex Fund Services Malta in July 2010 and worked there until November 2011. Simon then worked as a Futures Trader at DT Limited from November 2011 to April 2012. In May 2012, Simon joined AMSM – Alf. Mizzi & Sons Marketing Group as a Marketing Executive and later progressed to the role of Sales & Brand Manager from January 2014 to December 2020. Simon then served as a Business Development Manager from January 2021 to September 2022, and currently holds the position of Senior Business Development Manager from October 2022 onwards.

Simon Galea completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Management and Banking & Finance from the University of Malta. This took place from 2006 to 2009. Simon then pursued further studies and obtained an Honors in Banking & Finance from the same university from 2009 to 2010. Prior to their university studies, Simon attended Stella Maris College, however, no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period.
