Merthan Gencer is an experienced executive serving as the Chief Executive Officer of BEM FUNDING LLC and Toirent since April 2024 and January 2019, respectively. In addition, Gencer holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at GNCR Holding since April 2020. Previous experience includes a role in Mergers and Acquisitions at EY for a brief period in early 2020 and a valuation position at PwC Turkey, along with an internship in valuation at PwC Turkey in mid-2017. Gencer earned a Master’s degree in Finance from Sabanci University in 2023 and holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Istanbul Bilgi University, completed in 2019. Education also includes attendance at The Koç School for high school.
