Gabriel Chen currently serves as the Head of Singapore Compliance at GLP Capital Partners, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Gabriel held various leadership positions in legal and compliance, including Vice President at Blackstone from July 2020 to August 2022 and Vice President at Duff & Phelps from March 2018 to July 2020. Gabriel's career also includes significant experience at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Director in the Capital Markets Intermediaries Department and as Portfolio Manager in the Reserves Management Department from August 2012 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a Finance Correspondent at Singapore Press Holdings from 2005 to 2011. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.
