Chrystal Clayton has been working in education since 1997, starting as a 5th Grade Teacher and working their way up to various leadership positions. Currently, Chrystal is the Director of Recruitment, Retention, & Fiscal Compliance at Person County Schools. With experience as a Principal at multiple elementary schools, Chrystal has a background in educational leadership and administration. Chrystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration.
