Michael Natividad is an experienced professional in technology and operations management, currently serving as the Technology and Solutions Head and VP of Professional Services at ESCO Pte. Ltd. since February 2013, while also holding the position of Director of Operations - APAC at GPA since August 2020. Previously, Michael held project management roles at SM Retail, Inc. and Trends and Technologies, Inc., after starting their career as a Technical Support Representative at Sykes. Michael Natividad earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Don Bosco Technical College, Mandaluyong.
