Ira Morstyn has extensive work experience in customer service and management roles. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Customer Service at Global-e, where they were responsible for scaling up operations of a global customer services team in the e-commerce industry. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at eToro, including MIMO Manager, Customer Service Team Leader, Community Team Leader, and Customer Service Representative. They also worked as an Account Manager at Picapp and as an Organizational Advisor Assistant at Datasafe.
Ira Morstyn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Reichman University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Production & the Music Business at Kingston University from 2002 to 2005.
