Matthew Breton is a Data Analyst/Engineer at Glean (formerly Sonocent) since July 2021, focusing on developing software for tax determination processes. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at EY as a Senior Developer/Data Engineer from August 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included automating payslip generation, cleaning and annotating data for audit teams, and maintaining processes for SAP data related to tax compliance. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at EY, where Matthew engaged in Python scripting and creating VBA macros, and a position as a Laboratory Technician at The Brooksbank School Sports College from September 2015 to September 2018. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Physics with Astrophysics from The University of Manchester, completed in 2015.
