Luis Cubillos López has held a variety of roles throughout their career. In 2004, they began their career as an Auxiliar Administrativo at AENE SERVICIOS S.A. -CODENSA. In 2014, they moved on to become a Representante del Servicio de Atención al Cliente at Centro Comercial Andino. In 2018, they then took on the role of Agente del Servicio de Atención al Cliente at Sutherland. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as an SDR & Customer Success Analyst at Acreditta.
Luis Cubillos López obtained a degree in Negocios Internacionales from Asturias Corporación Universitaria in the years between 2016 and 2018. Luis is currently studying at Universidad EAN. Luis has also obtained certifications from Lean Six Sigma Group (White Belt, 2022), Acreditta (Compromiso Corporativo, October 2020 and Acreditta, February 2020).
