Lissa Maria Cabassa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at GSK since May 2005, currently serving as Vice President, US HR Country Head, and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Lissa leads US HR Operations across all GSK business sectors and has held key roles focused on strategy deployment for North American and South American manufacturing sites. Lissa’s responsibilities have included organizational design, talent management, and performance support, overseeing compliance at multiple manufacturing locations. Earlier roles at GSK included Human Resources Director and Organizational Development & Communication Manager. Lissa also worked at Schering-Plough Research Institute as Training, Development & Communication Manager from 2003 to 2005. Lissa holds an MBA in Human Resources from InterAmerican University.
