Emily Smeltzer, CPCU, AIM, ARM, AU-M, AINS has a diverse work experience. Emily began their career as an Intern at the Manufacturers Association of South Central Pennsylvania in 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Swim Coach at the Lion Aquatic Club while also working as a Grader for the Pennsylvania State University Department of Economics from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Emily joined Glatfelter Insurance Group as a P&C GUS/VFIS Underwriting Assistant and remained with the company until 2023. During their time at Glatfelter, they progressed to roles such as Associate Program Operations Services Analyst, Program Operations Services Supervisor, and Underwriting Operations Support Supervisor. Most recently, they held the position of Underwriting Operations Support Manager. Additionally, Emily worked as a Lifeguard at Red Lion Area Senior High School from 2009 to 2019.

Emily Smeltzer earned their Bachelor's Degree in Energy, Business, and Finance from Pennsylvania State University-University Park. Emily attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
