Christy Burke, SPHR, ACC, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at NJM Insurance Group since May 2016. Burke focuses on fostering collaborative partnerships between business leaders and HR departments to deliver tailored HR services. Prior to this role, Burke operated as a Professional and Personal Coach at Christy Burke Coaching since August 2011 and held several HR management positions, including Human Resources Manager at Wyndham Worldwide (July 2013 - May 2016), Johnston Enterprises, Inc. / Agate Construction Co. Inc. (February 2010 - July 2013), and Sunoco Refining & Marketing (September 2002 - July 2008). Christy Burke holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington College, in addition to ongoing education at Coach University since 2011.
