Mikko Haapala has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Mikko co-founded Gixon in 2017 and served as the Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to that, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Ticketmaster Suomi. From 2015 to 2019, they ran their own consulting firm called Mikko Haapala Consulting. Their experience in the music industry includes roles at Slush as part of the Partnerships Slush Music team and at Universal Music Group as a Digital Manager and Promotion Manager. Mikko also worked at Arena Events as a Director of Special Events & Partnerships and at Live Nation as a Business Development Manager. Mikko has demonstrated their expertise in entrepreneurship, account management, partnerships, and digital marketing throughout their career.
Mikko Haapala pursued their education from 1998 to 2003 at Helia, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Marketing Communications.
